Janice Carol Morgan, 77, entered the arms of Jesus on Monday, August 25, 2025, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.

Janice was born on March 26, 1948, in New Castle, Indiana to the late Robert and Rowene Whisler. She was a 1966 graduate of Geneva High School. Janice worked as a truck driver alongside her husband for many years. She was a member of Tabernacle of Praise Church. Janice enjoyed cooking, reading, camping, and flowers. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Janice is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Larry Morgan; five children, Tonya Sharp (husband Kevin) of Clinton, TN, Scott Morgan (wife Lisa) of Muncie; Chip Morgan (Kathy Montoya) of Anderson, Greg Morgan (wife Kim) of Parker City, and Stephanie Morgan (Wife Teresa) of Indianapolis; sister, Janelle Williamson of Ft. Wayne; brother, Ken Whisler of Geneva; sister-in-law, Elaine Whisler of Auburn, WA; 21 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Janice was preceded in death by her brother, Kevin Whisler.

A funeral service to celebrate Janice's life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Tabernacle of Praise Church, 2200 E. Fuson Rd. in Muncie. Pastor John Tyner and Pastor Brad Bulger will officiate. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.

Friends and family may gather to share and remember from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Tabernacle of Praise Church.
