Jenny Lyn Eavey, 64, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2021.  She was born December 12, 1956, in Richmond, Indiana the daughter of William and Andrea Eavey.

Jenny received exceptional care and kindness from the doctors and nurses at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Jenny graduated from Muncie Northside High School in 1975 and attended Ball State University. She was employed as office manager for Eavey's Supermarkets Inc. for many years.

Jenny enjoyed playing golf, duplicate bridge, and other card games. She was a nature lover and enjoyed watching birds from her patio.

Jenny's light is more present then ever in the hearts of those who love her. Jenny is survived by her mother, Andrea Eavey; her four siblings, Frank Eavey, Elizabeth Whittern (James), Will Eavey (Pam, sister-in-law and caretaker), Andrea Tank (Glen); her sister-in-law Lynette Jackson, and her uncle Henry Eavey. Jenny was a loving aunt to her seven nieces, Wendy Pollert, Carly Smith, Candace Hidder, Jenny Ruhl, Jessica Boston, Jamie Eavey, and Lindsay Mullin; and her four nephews Travis Eavey, Sean Eavey, Frank Eavey, and Daniel Tank.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Eavey.

Per family wishes, there will be no public memorial service or burial.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and IU Health Ball Memorial Hospice.
