Rachel L. Greenich, 83, of Yorktown, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Community Hospital in Anderson, Indiana following an extended illness.

Rachel was born on December 29, 1934 in Bucyrus, OH to the late Delbert and Ada Musselman. She married Donald Greenich in 1971. Rachel was a homemaker and also worked as a caregiver and at Richard's Foundry. She was attended Yorktown Christian Church and enjoyed crafts and reading her bible.

Rachel is survived by five children, Ronald Deaton (wife Ruth), Cynthia Miller, Cathy Beck (husband Joe), Johnette Wages (husband David), and Danny Spears; three sisters, Joyce Earl, Lucille Agee, and Rosemary Zorns; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends, and loved ones.

Rachel was preceded in death by her husband Donald Greenich; two children, David and Donald Spears; a great-grandchild, Jessie Spears; brother, Floyd Musselman; and sister, Ruby Starwalt.

A funeral service to celebrate Rachel's life will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 12, 2018 at Gant Funeral Homes, Yorktown Chapel, 2215 S. Broadway St. in Yorktown. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
