Warren "Curt" Curtis Wright, 53, of Gaston, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015, at IU health Ball Memorial Hospital following a long illness.

Curt was born November 5, 1961 in Muncie, Indiana. He attended Daleville Schools. He worked for several area farms including Nixon Farms, Shockley Farms, and Benadum Farms. He had also worked for H&L Plating and Johnson Bros. Curt enjoyed being outdoors. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and motor cycle. He spent many hours working on his family home and also watched over the Gaston Lions Club Park. Curt loved to listen to rock music and he loved God.

Curt is survived by his mother, Alice Bartle of Gaston, father, Warren Keith Wright (wife Dee) of Martinsville; Brother, Doug Wright of Gaston; sister, Zina Bartle (husband Mark) of San Antonio, TX; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Curt was preceded in death by a brother, Gregory Scott Wright.

A memorial service to celebrate Curt's life will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 16, 2015 at Gaston Community Church, 106 W. Elm St. Gaston, IN, with Pastor Michael Osborne officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Gaston Community Church in memory of Curt.
