William “Hank” Henry Lykins, 56, of Muncie, entered the arms of Jesus on Friday, August 28, 2026, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

Hank was born on July 22, 1970, in Muncie, Indiana. He was a 1989 graduate of Southside High School and went on to attend classes on criminal justice at Harris College. Hank was a rockstar, a musician, and song writer. He had also worked as a stagehand. Hank attended the Westwood Church of God where he was recently saved. Hank enjoyed playing basketball and video games and spending time with his family and friends.

Hank is survived by his two children, Meranda Lykins and Wesley Lykins; two grandchildren, Izayah Gabriel Lee, Aunabell Luna Rose; his mother, Brenda Copeland; father, Verle “Peewee” Lykins (wife Rita); four siblings, Brent Lykins (fiancé Amber Joliff), Melissa Shreves (husband Weston); James Shields Jr. (wife Kristen) and Jamie Carey (husband Mario); his aunt, Pam Sturgeon; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to celebrate Hank’s life will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, September 4, 2026, at Miller Family Funeral Homes, 2215 S. Broadway St. in Yorktown. Hank’s nephew, Pastor Bryce Davis, will officiate. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
